Terms & Conditions — pak500 Platform Agreement

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing the pak500 platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting market offered by pak500, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms and Conditions apply in conjunction with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the pak500 platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual promotion-specific terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you must not register an account or use the pak500 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on pak500, and to use any feature of the platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pak500 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by individuals under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person (individual human being) acting on your own behalf. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to register Accounts.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order issued by pak500 or any other gaming operator.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, or close associate of pak500 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processing partners.

pak500 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by pak500 may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawals until verification is completed.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain one Account only on the pak500 platform. Duplicate accounts — including accounts created using alternative email addresses, phone numbers, or payment method details — are strictly prohibited.

When registering your Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. pak500 shall not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided during registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time security codes with any other person. pak500 will never ask you to provide your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

You must notify pak500 customer support immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. pak500 will take all reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification. However, pak500 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password for your pak500 Account.
• Do not access your Account from shared or public devices.
• Log out of your Account after each session when using a shared device.
• Enable any two-factor or additional verification features offered by the platform.

All financial transactions on pak500 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pak500 does not apply forex conversion charges on PKR transactions. The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash — instant deposits; withdrawals average 5–8 minutes
• EasyPaisa — instant deposits; withdrawals average 5–8 minutes
• HBL Bank Transfer — same-day processing
• UBL Bank Transfer — same-day processing

Deposits are credited to your pak500 Account balance upon confirmation of receipt by our payment processing systems. pak500 does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts. The name on your payment method must match the name registered on your pak500 Account.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification. pak500 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a copy of a valid CNIC, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation — before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted without completed KYC will be held pending until verification is finalised.

pak500 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum transaction limits on deposits and withdrawals. Current limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your account after pak500 Login. These limits may be adjusted at pak500's discretion with reasonable notice to affected players.

pak500 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentive offers to registered players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms and Conditions.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all pak500 promotions:

1. Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money funds and must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion terms before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
2. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain unwagered at the end of the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
3. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game category are published in the promotion-specific terms. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
4. pak500 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering on both sides of a bet, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or employing low-risk strategies designed to exploit bonus conditions.
5. A maximum withdrawal limit may apply to winnings derived from Bonus Funds. This limit will be stated in the specific promotion terms.

Bonuses are issued at pak500's sole discretion. The availability of any specific offer to any individual player is not guaranteed. pak500 reserves the right to withdraw any promotion at any time, modify the terms of ongoing promotions with reasonable notice, and refuse or recover bonuses issued in error.

All games available on the pak500 platform — including slots, live dealer tables, instant-win titles, and sports betting markets — are governed by their respective rules as displayed within each game interface or market. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accept the applicable rules.

pak500 sources all casino game content from licensed third-party providers. All games use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and verified. Return-to-player (RTP) rates for each game reflect the certified rates provided by the respective game developer.

In the event of a discrepancy between the outcome displayed on your device and the outcome recorded in pak500's server-side records, the server-side record shall be deemed correct. pak500 maintains comprehensive game logs for all sessions and outcomes.

pak500 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, connectivity error, or data corruption has occurred that may have affected the outcome. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pak500 platform. Engaging in any of the below — whether individually or in concert with others — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game.
• Colluding with other players in multi-player games or betting pools.
• Placing bets on behalf of excluded or underage individuals.
• Accessing the platform via a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation service in order to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of chip-dumping, match manipulation, or syndicate betting designed to manipulate outcomes.
• Abusing the bonus or promotional system through multiple account creation or coordinated exploitation.

pak500 employs fraud detection systems that monitor for unusual account activity, irregular betting patterns, and coordinated abuse. Where prohibited conduct is detected, pak500 may take immediate action — including account suspension, balance freezing, and permanent account closure — without prior notice.

pak500 collects personal data that is necessary for the provision of its services, including registration information, transaction records, game activity logs, and identity verification documentation. This data is stored securely and is not sold to third parties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pak500 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any pak500 content without prior written authorisation from pak500.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak500 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or anticipated savings;
• Losses arising from technical failures, platform downtime, or connectivity interruptions;
• Losses arising from actions taken by pak500 in accordance with these Terms, including account suspension or closure;
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to comply with these Terms or applicable laws.

pak500's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pak500's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

pak500 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• pak500 has reason to believe that the Player is engaged in fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity;
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• pak500 is required to do so in order to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations;
• The Player has made a chargeback or payment dispute with their payment provider in bad faith.

A Player may request the voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting pak500 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after deduction of any outstanding obligations. Bonus Funds at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

pak500 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, pak500 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players by displaying a notice on the platform and/or sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.

Your continued use of the pak500 platform following the effective date of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact customer support to request account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak500 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with pak500 customer support may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under pak500's licensing framework.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, players are required to submit a written complaint to pak500 customer support and allow a reasonable period for investigation and response. pak500 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 14 calendar days.
